I'm Melissa Overman, DO, CHES, CHWC - a coach, a survivor, and a lifelong puzzle-solver. I've been through burnout, food sensitivities, MTHFR confusion, and the daily strain of stress myself. That means I don't just bring knowledge and protocols; I bring empathy, clarity and tools that actually fit real life.
