Everyday Grace is a place to slow down, ask better questions, and practice seeing your body with more curiosity and less fear.
These aren’t lectures where I stand at the front and hand you all the answers. You’re the expert on your own experience. I’ll bring some science, a few useful questions, and a brain that likes connecting dots.
Each gathering has a topic to explore. We might talk about food and digestion, genetics and epigenetics, stress and the nervous system, sleep, hormones, metabolism, environmental exposures, lab results, supplements, or practical tools you can use in everyday life. You’ll find the current topic on the Studio and Virtual registration pages below.
Each gathering begins with a thoughtful conversation and grows from the questions you bring. You don’t need to know anything about genetics, and you don’t even have to arrive with a question.
Just bring your curiosity.

I’m one of those crazy people who believes our bodies are always communicating with us, even when we don’t yet understand the language. After all, isn’t that what all those twinges and tweaks are?
We just have to stay curious enough to ask why, rather than brushing them aside and moving on.
Everyday Grace grew from that simple idea: understanding our bodies and our health often begins with curiosity. I created it to make room for the questions that are not always heard when we do ask, the patterns that take time to notice, and the connections that can help things make a little more sense.
I’m glad you’re here.
